The wheels of justice grind steadily forward. Johnny Depp is quietly gearing up to present his case against ex wife Amber Heard, having submitted 87 videos suppoerting his accusation that Heard abused him.

The suit itself is for defamation, but make no mistake, there's a lot more at stake. as a reult of this case, the world will get the verdict on who, eactly, was the abuser in the case, and who was the victim.

The ramifications for the #MeToo movement are far-reaching, too. By making herself the darling of #MeToo and domestic abuse victims, Heard has now made it even more difficult for real victims to come forward. If she lied, there's nothing stopping the media from saying that they did, too. She has single-handedly set domestic abuse victims back a hundred years. 

In the meantime, Johnny is steadily filming the next Fantastic Beasts movie and working with his band, The Hollywood Vampires. Amber is steadily dating. 

And, hopefully, Warner Bros DC are busy looking for the actress they'll replace Heard with for Aquaman 2.
