Daylight Saving Time Is Unnatural; Make Standard Time Permanent

Daylight Saving Time Is Unnatural; Make Standard Time Permanent
The Issue
We’re all tired of the clock change year after year…but unfortunately there is a lot of confusion about making Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time permanent. And it’s beyond time we get clear-headed about this issue that holds health risks to all subjected to it.
There’s petitions circulating that state contrary and partial information to facts on this issue. And in turn are providing misleading and inaccurate information to the general public about the difference between Standard Time and Daylight Saving Time.
Researching the research in recent years, I have grown increasingly concerned about the false statements advocating for Daylight Saving Time. When in actuality, there is numerous studies and proof by scientists and doctors, that state Standard Time is healthier and more beneficial for our health on many levels NOT Daylight Saving Time.
Known occurrences like sleep deprivation, increased depression, heart attacks, car accidents and other negative factors are caused by the yearly time change from Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time.
For some of us, we are well aware from personal experience just how impactful the switch to Daylight Saving Time is on our mental and physical systems, daily lives and so on. I personally deal with heightened anxiety leading up to Daylight Saving Time and during the six months it’s in effect. I know others are that sensitive to the shifts that occur during that period as well.
Studies show that the negative factors produced by Daylight Saving Time are preventable in its absence. And that Standard Time is in our best interest as human-beings.
It’s unacceptable that misinformation is being touted in favor of making Daylight Saving Time permanent. And as that proposal has been circulating amidst petition starters as well as lawmakers in recent years. Those in favor of making Daylight Saving Time permanent, are often fabricating facts in favor of superficial individual preferences towards days that offer more sunshine later in the day.
But liking late day sunshine in this case, isn’t actually scientifically proven to support our circadian rhythms, as has been proven to be the case with Standard Time. And that’s a pretty big deal to our overall health and safety in this longstanding, unresolved problem…
With numerous studies validating Standard Time as the most beneficial permanent year-round time for our health. That’s all the reason to appreciate sunshine when we get the chance, but to not continue to mess with our natural human rhythms by allowing Daylight Saving Time to carry on year after year, or in a permanent way.
Let’s join together in advocating for our health and safety by supporting the best decision we can make in this matter. In choosing to put a stop to Daylight Saving Time, and make Standard Time permanent once and for all…
