Customer Service in EverQuest is almost none existent since Daybreak Games took over the game.  This is THE WORST customer service in any online game I've played.  And definitely THE WORST customer service in the history of EverQuest.

We demand customer support in game, and especially by telephone.  We are paying customers.  Many for over a decade.  We deserve to be able to talk to a human being about our problems in game.
