...for Sedgemoor District Council to decide on what happens at Newbridge Farm. Apparently, consultees and interested parties will be consulted on the updated and amended Environmental Statement from the site owner, Amber Real Estate Investments. A draft Environmental Statement was sent back with comments (why?) and we await to see what theoretical bullshit they propose to keep their hideous and unwelcome operation going. The supporting statement is full of quotes from SDC's planning policy documents in an attempt to show how the development is in line with the policies' aspirations but these merely show how SDC has cowed down to a big corporation at the expense of the people and businesses it meant to support.
