Davistown Wetlands - Update
On Tuesday 25 March - from 6pm at Wyong Coucil Chambers there will be a discussion on where the former Davistown Wetlands Acquisition funds will be allocated.

The DPA Wetlands sub committee (Shena Milne, Marg n Noel Sheridan , Trish Bourke, Johny Row and convenor Jenny McCulla) have been meeting with all East Ward Councillors Mayor Laurie McKenna, Clr. Sharon Walsh and Clr.Jared Wright; to request that council makes a fresh decision on the use of the recently transferred funds - to be used here in Davistown.

We are very appreciative of the support given by all three East Ward Councillors.
Clr Sharon Walsh, in response to those discussions has sent a motion to council seeking to support the use of those funds in Davistown on Wetlands parcels here & Malinya Rd, Saratoga .

If you are interested to support the keeping of those funds - for use here (the original purpose of accumulating those funds) please join us on that evening - especially to show the new councillors (who may not be so familiar with the local history)- that locals, and other interested people seriously want & support the use those funds with a brief action plan to systematically restore the Davistown Wetlands to their former natural state.

We would love your support.

However - it is very important for you to book your seat/s on councils Website:
https://ccc-forms.app.oneblink.io/forms/20442
-i f you plan to come along.

The location of Council meetings is the Central Coast Council Chambers, 2 Hely Street Wyong.

Do tell friends who may have sugned one of our three petitions & want to show their support.👍
