Save The Badgers

Save The Badgers
The Issue
Over 5,000 Badgers have been killed by the government of Somerset and Gloucestershire. The government claims killing the badgers will reduce the spread of bovine TB.
Bullets from high powered rifles smashed the ribs of the poor badger, the badger ended up choking on his own blood and slowly dying. Vital areas such as the heart and the brain were not hit, resulting in a slow and grueling death. An autopsy of the dead badgers showed no trace of TB.
The government is shooting badgers on a misguided belief that it will prevent a non-existent disease. The government of Somerset and Gloucestershire needs to stop shooting innocent badgers.
