Majority of Zoning and Building codes nationwide require a minimum 1,000 square feet or more for human habitation. Tiny houses offer an alternative to the lower class America. With the allowance of small homes and smaller mortgages, more families could be more financially independent therefore decreasing society's dependence on Government Housing and assistance. I firmly believe allowing the "Tiny House Movement" to become a reality nationwide verses a select few communities could benefit the not only the economy of this country, but the poverty and debt consuming American citizens.

It is unconstitutional to tell Americans outside of the homeowners associations how small their homes can be as long as the structures themselves are deemed safe and maintain a status of cleanliness healthy for human habitation.
