To have the Lancaster District included in Tier 3 alongside the rest of Lancashire fails to take into account the geographical separation of the area and the continued good work of the local community is adhering to the rules to date.

We share much with Cumbria who have been placed in Tier 2 and most of the commuting is done between these two areas rather than the rest of Lancashire, why else would the local authorities be asking to join together to form one unitary authority?

Please support the local community and local businesses in trying to recover, and should we need to, we will willingly return to a Lock-down but for now we need to build ourselves up again.
