David Levy(CEO of Turner Entertainment): Launch a 24-hour Toonami TV network

0 have signed. Let’s get to 4,000!

Toonami has proven to be a successful block over the years on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim, and this outstanding block deserves to spawn a 24-hour TV network hosted by TOM(voiced by Steve Blum), SARA(voiced by Dana Swanson), TOM 4(voiced by Steve Blum), and Moltar, with assistance from the various Clydes and Flash(voiced by Dave Wittenberg) & D(voiced by Tom Kenny), and with appearances by the numerous other characters from Toonami's history. TOM should gain a highly advanced new body that can look like any of his previous bodies and mix & match design elements of any of his previous bodies, and has a lot of built-in gadgets, and he should gain a highly advanced new Absolution, the exterior & interior of which can look like those of any of the previous Absolutions and can mix & match design elements of any of the previous Absolutions, to go along with the Vindication. Ghost Planet Industries and Flowus 3 should be used. This Toonami TV network should air all of the notable programs that aired during the Toonami block's lifespan on Cartoon Network during regular hours(except DCAU TV series & movies, "The Batman" and its movie("The Batman VS Dracula"), the 1985 "Thundercats" TV series, "Transformers" TV shows, "GI Joe: A Real American Hero", etc), while from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, programs that are not family-friendly(including those that have aired on the Toonami block on Adult Swim) should be shown across 2 different blocks, the first being a 10:00 PM-12:00 AM block with programs geared towards ages 12 & up(such as the uncut versions of "Dragon Ball", "Dragon Ball Z", and "Dragon Ball GT", the uncut versions of "Naruto" and "Naruto Shippuden", the uncut version of "One Piece", "Bleach", the uncut version of "Yu Yu Hakusho", and the uncut version of "Sailor Moon") and the 2nd being a 12:30 AM-6:00 AM block with programs geared towards ages 15 & up(such as "Cowboy Bebop", "Attack On Titan", "Death Note", and "Code Geass"). The programs shown during regular hours, the 10:00 PM-12:00 AM block, and the 12:30 AM-6:00 AM block should vary each day.

This Toonami TV network should make use of old Toonami promos & bumps from both the Toonami block's days on Cartoon Network(which should air during normal hours) and its days on Adult Swim(which should air during the 10:00 PM-6:00 AM time frame), with the only changing being done to these promos & bumps being to things that make it obvious that they are old. This Toonami TV network should also make use of old Toonami motivational videos from both the Toonami block's days on Cartoon Network(which should air during normal hours) and its days on Adult Swim(which should air during the 10:00 PM-6:00 AM time frame). When this Toonami TV network goes on the air, Adult Swim should cease using its Toonami block.
