My minor child is being stalked and Tumblr does not have an avenue to completely block a harassing stalker. My daughter has changed URLs used Statcounter to block IP addresses and still the stalker whose screenname is notkalaryia.tumblr.com manages to find her.

My daughter has requested the ability to block harassing people and was ignored by Tumblr. We have filed a complaint with our local police department, but they can't take action.
