Anti Moped Bill is NOT LAW. KGMB/Hawaii News Now is WRONG. Still time to VETO!

A moped rider came to me all alarmed today saying it was already law. I found this article by Jim Mendoza of Hawaii News Now and I believe Kgmb saying that it was a new LAW on May 4. That is WRONG i. It is STILL A BILL. It wasn't even transmitted to the Governor's office for a sign or VETO till May 5 . Not a LAW YET. We are running out of time , please write the Governor DIRECTLY here asking him to VETO HB 1753.
