Hawaii anti moped bill headed for Governor to approve. Ask for VETO!

Mahalo to all those signing and speaking up against HB 1753, a bill basically that is going to hurt moped Riders on Oahu and Kauai by targetting them with an big increase in fees annually rather then a reasonable amount one time. The bill has been passed by the Senate and House and is going before the Governor as of May 5 and later. Please ask the Governor to VETO this bill as it is being implemented for the wrong reason. Loud modified mopeds are only a tiny minority and most people for this bill are not concerned about our safety as moped riders but just getting rid of this noise. It made me feel if a moped rider on Oahu died quietly it wouldn't bother them would it?
