THIS PETITION DOES NOT ENCOURAGE NOR CONDONE ANY TYPE OF HARASSMENT DIRECTED TOWARDS ANY CBS RADIO EMPLOYEE OR AFFILIATE. WE PROMOTE CIVILIZED AND INTELLIGENT DISCOURSE IN ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE TO THE SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WE ARE PETITIONING. WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THAT ANY PERSONS IN VIOLATION OF THESE STATEMENTS DO NOT SIGN THIS PETITION.

Please only send faxes with a point supporting our cause relative to CBS Radio's thought process in their decision! It's all about the money! For example:
They had the rock market cornered in the massive south Florida area.
Success and longevity of Buzz Bake Sale past and present.
Many other rock stations came and went but the BUZZ has always remained!
NOW will be competing directly with over 5 other radio stations in the same genre and market.
The change was targeted toward a female audience and MANY female listeners are responding negatively!
103.1 the Buzz has been the only consistent alternative rock station in south Florida for 16 years. CBS Radio has abruptly discontinued the station on FM and replaced it with a generic pop music radio station. With the Buzz no longer on the air, there are no other stations available on FM playing rock in south Florida. The market has not spoken! We want to bring the BUZZ back for future listeners to enjoy just as we have been able to for the last 16 years!
Help spread the word! We're going to bring the BUZZ back to FM!

I just signed the following petition addressed to: Dan Mason, President & CEO of CBS Radio
All who sign this petition urge you to bring the Buzz back to FM radio in south Florida.
103.1 the Buzz has been the only consistent alternative rock station in south Florida for the last 16 years. By abruptly discontinuing the station on FM and replacing it with a generic pop music radio station, you have effectively erased modern rock from south Florida. We believe that by doing so you have alienated a very large and thriving audience.
The buzz created a unique listener experience that was never truly replicated in its 16 year run. As other rock stations have come and gone, the Buzz has always remained and provided quality content for an entire generation. Even considering the popularity of the last Buzz Bake Sale and all previous events, the Buzz has a clear and vocal following.
We believe that CBS Radio has made a serious mistake; therefore, we collectively demand that you bring the BUZZ back for future listeners to enjoy just as we have been able to for the last 16 years!
