Red Fawn Fallis is facing life in prison for protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline. Fallis is innocent of the charges she is facing. She has been held for over one year and is still awaiting trial.

Red Fawn stood with fellow water protectors in peaceful protest to ensure that our generation and future generations will have clean water. 

On October 27th, police and paid Tiger Swan mercenaries raided the 1851 Ft. Laramie Treaty Camp. The camp was on unceded treaty territory. During the raid, grandparents, women, elders and young people were injured as they were pulled from tipis, tents and a ceremonial lodge. Children were held at gun-point, a horse was hot to death and Red Fawn, who was serving as a trained medic, was arrested.

At least three officers in riot gear pinned her to the ground. One held a gun to her back, one sat on her head and shoulders. Many other officers stood around her with weapons drawn. Red Fawn is 5'3" and 125 pounds.

Red Fawn's unjust arrest and incarceration is the latest abuse of native people and it is up to us to stand for her, as she has stood for us.
