This has now been a 4 year wait for Jacky, a fact that her local NHS functions have little interest in. She is not the only one, there are many people with narcolepsy being denied a basic human right to have access to medication that is licensed for use in the UK and is proven to be effective, unlike many of the other medications we are given we are either unlicensed for use, unproven or both.
