Our family cat was knocked down by a taxi, the driver failed to stop or even check that the cat was hurt. George had a dislocated hip and fractured pelvis and was just left to suffer. Luckily he found the strength to make his way home and was taken to the vets and now has a long recovery to make. It's the law the report if you hit a dog but not other animals. This petition was my 9 year old nieces idea. Shouldn't everyone have a bit more compassion like this little girl?
