Bring in Charlie's law

***IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHARLIE*** on the 19th July 2012 my friends cat was just going about his travels just like any other normal day, when suddenly he was hit and killed by a speeding driver. He was an innocent cat he did not deserve to die in such a heartbreaking way, his life taken, a family torn apart, Charlie's family lost their best friend that day, and careless drivers just drive off not caring one little bit. Hundreds of cats are killed on our British roads everyday due to people not paying full attention. Often cats that are hit by cars are often left with horrific injuries, many cats are killed instantly. We can't bring Charlie back, but we can ask the government to make change. We ask the government to make it a requirement that makes drivers stop and report it if they hit and/ or kill an innocent cat. Charlie's family are still heartbroken by their loss, Please sign my petition to make the government take note, thank you very much.
