Okay, so let me start off by saying that every human makes mistakes, and everyone deserve a second chance for forgiveness. Furthermore, by explaining my recent problem with Roblox, regarding a termination. So, on July, 22nd, 2018, my account was terminated for a very embarrassing and unintentional reason, so I was in Roblox studio messing around with textures for a block, and with textures, you can change it to an image file that you have on your pc, so I did so with a few "memes" I had on my PC, and I double clicked I didn't notice but I had double clicked an inappropriate file which I quickly deleted after, but what I didn't even know was that instead of simply adding this texture to your game, it creates an actual decal on the whole website of roblox, and they don't even tell you this, so there it was in my inventory on roblox, the accidental decal on the website, I freaked out because I didn't know this and I didn't mean to even click that file, it didn't even ask me if it was the correct file or anything, it just simply inserted it. How am I supposed to even know about this when it doesn't tell you anything about it? So, I quickly went to my inventory, and deleted the decal frantically because it was an accident and I didn't know what to do, I even changed the name of it to "please don't ban me, this was uploaded on accident" and tried explaining in the description of the decal. A couple of minutes had passed and boom, I was TERMINATED, not even a warning, not even a 7 day ban or a months ban or a long ban, just boom, a full blown termination, and this really upset me because i've had that account for 6  years and i've wasted over $100 dollars on it, that I worked for hard, as a 13 year old, it's not easy to rake up one hundred dollars or more where I live especially. So that's one of the problems, but the even bigger problem is that, this goes for anyone, when your account gets terminated, what I don't get is that, all the items you wasted YOUR money on, you have no access to them or can't reclaim them anyhow on Roblox, you're basically being scammed because you wasted money on Roblox for items that you don't even have access to now that you've been terminated,  it's completely unfair, what I don't get is that, if you've been terminated, how come you get the chance to make a new account and keep playing, yet you can't make a new account and reclaim the items that you already has previously purchased? This is just scamming the person who had already bought it because as previously stated they can't reclaim it, they'd have to buy it all over again, instead of simply making it to where you make a new account you can just somehow verify that you had those items on a previous account or something, and verify it through your email, to reclaim those items. It's really not fair because it's taken me 6 years to get expensive items on there that I worked hard for and just over a mistake, my account gets deleted and I basically got scammed because I have no access whatsoever to those items I paid for with MY money, and MY money, they still have, even though I don't have the items I paid for, so those are the problems I had to address, please help me out everyone to hopefully bring light to this issue and to solve and end it and to bring justice, have a blessed day everybody!
