We, the Concerned Parents and Scholars of RM Prep, want RMP to thrive and we know that with the leadership(Todd Pipkin and Chaunte Garrett)and the majority of the board members there now, it will only get worse! We have bulleted some key debacles that have occurred this year at RM Prep:

-Lack of certified teachers. Leaderships solution is hiring long-term Substitute Teachers who are unable to teach the curriculum.

 -Some students taking 3/4 or 4/4 online classes. MS and HS students are taking on-line courses. Leadership promised to not return to strictly online learning.

 -Critical leadership team members resigning. Director of Technology, Director of Exceptional Children, and numerous teachers have accepted positions in surrounding school districts.

 -School Lockdown. With allegations of a gun on-campus and bullying. 

 -Six fights within the MS/HS during the First Week of School.

 -Lack of leadership for the MS/HS...Pipkin/Garrett are trying to do two major leadership roles at the same time.

 Now, the Board of Trustees has hired a consultant(a close associate to one of the board members) to coach/instruct leadership on how to properly operate RM Prep. Leadership is being paid well over $150,000 per year and now you pay a consultant to teach them how to do their jobs!!

We are creating this petition demanding the resignation of Pipkin/Garrett and Parks for their inability to provide transformational leadership for the RMPrep School Community.
