Hello Everyone! On Thursday, around 20 hen activists gathered outside the doors of Ponsonby Countdown to raise awareness about the campaign and the plight of cage hens. Most were dressed in chicken costumes, holding signs asking Countdown to please 'Have a Heart for Hens'. You can see some news coverage of the protest at the link below.
