Delegate Dave LaRock, representing Virginia's 33rd district in the House of Delegates in the Virginia General Assembly, is hereby requested that he resign from his position in the state legislature. 

Mr. LaRock's support for Mr. Trump's delusional fantasies that the 2020 presidential election results were fraudulent, and his continued support for Mr. Trump during the attempted coup that has transpired since the November election, including participating in the protest in which Mr. Trump inspired a violent attack on the members of congress in the Capital, is nothing less than sedition and treason against this country. 

Mr. LaRock participated in an attempted coup against President-Elect Biden and has unapologetically supported the proven-false claims that the 2020 Presidential Election were fraudulent and as a result must resign from his office of Delegate in Virginia's General Assembly. 

Mr. LaRock, your constituents and the people of Virginia deserve better from our representatives than someone who would use his office to promote lies that endanger our Republic. You must resign.
