As families across Canada gather today for Thanksgiving, one chair at Darius's home remains heartbreakingly empty. 
It has now been almost a month since Darius went missing. Despite the tireless efforts of his family, friends, and volunteers, searching through fields, dense forests, and riverbanks near the BC/Alberta border, there are still no answers.

On a day meant for gratitude and togetherness, Darius should be home with his mom, laughing with his brother and sister, passing the mashed potatoes, and sneaking that extra slice of pie. Instead, his loved ones are left with an empty chair , a silence no family should ever have to endure.

This petition, calling for faster and common-sense Amber Alert reform, has now become the second most successful Amber Alert reform petition in Canadian history. That progress is because of you. Every single signature represents a voice demanding change,  a voice saying that no child should vanish without every possible tool being used immediately to bring them home! We're not going to stop until can say "We did it!"

As we reflect this Thanksgiving, let’s remember what truly matters: family, love, and community. Please keep Darius and his family in your minds, hearts, and prayers. As you watch your own children gather around the table this evening, don't forget about the urgency of this reform and who we're fighting for.

Please keep sharing this petition. Keep talking about Darius. Keep standing with families who are still waiting for their loved ones to return home.
