The latest article in the Outer Banks Sentinel about the Dare County SPCA confirms just how cat hating and corrupt the Dare County Board of Commissioners really is! The Dare Board thru it's $400,000 a year contract with the Dare SPCA,a 501c3, dictates cat hating policy to the Pres. Of the Dare SPCA and thus illegally forces the Dare SPCA to kill cats that should be being saved.Worse the money people are donating to the Dare SPCA to save cats is also being used to kill cats per the Boards forced policies.I have always told you the Board makes cat hating ordinances then tricks the public into believing they are humane by saying the Dare SPCA backs the ordinances. You believe animal advocates are making policy when in reality cat hating politicians are dictating cat killing agendas and using your donations to kill cats. In America awarding contracts then using them to manipulate that organizations policy,especially a 501c3 like an SPCA,is ILLEGAL! The newest Board Member,a person I went to school with, has confirmed things are going on he wants no part of and will not run for re-election. So when will charges be filed against those members of the Board for this corruption published in our areas newspaper?-Governor Cooper all you have to do is read the newspapers to find corruption here!!!
