Dare County,(Hatteras),NC vindictively and negligently constructed what is now being called "The Hatteras Cat Haters Feeding Ordinance" when Hatteras was exposed as having an illegal Cat Killing epidemic.Rather than arrest and convict the cat killers for animal cruelty the Dare Board and Sheriff again tried to cover up the epidemic of abuse to these cats by blaming the cats and people trying to save them from starvation.This ordinance is so anti-cat that it made no provision for cats dependent on caretaker food and is literally forcing people to starve cats to death in violation of NC's Animal Creulty Laws.Many have already died!The NC Animal Cruelty Laws override county ordinances yet Dare "Cat Hater" County refuses to acknowledge State Law.Stop Animal Cruelty by stopping hateful ordinances like this one!
