We are asking for your help.On August 19, 2023, Our son, Daniel Smith was hit and killed by a drunk driver who fled the scene. We have created this petition to make the laws harsher in Ohio for these types of offenses. We are in no way asking for any money or donations. We are just asking everyone to sign and share this petition so we can get it to legislation to get it passed. We are needing at least 2000 signatures to get this done.
