One of our petitioners recently wrote the following on another forum where the petition is shared:

"It is the most idiotic arrangement ever. Bulla Road exit was an absolute mess already due to DFO traffic. On top of that they joined Bell street on to the same exit. How ridiculous is it. It is creating chaos in traffic, confusion and accidents. The person whoever designed it has certainly stuffed it up big time" by Anton F.
