When we chose to bring a dog into our life, it is a forever choice. Forever being the lifespan of the dog. Dogs don’t live as long as humans so I believe we should make every moment in their lives enjoyable. For a dog to be tethered 24/7 is an absolutely cruel and despicable act! In no one is this dog living their best life. This hurts and makes me angry because tethering is legal in Victoria. My petition is to make tethering illegal as a form of cruelty to animals!
