Our beloved cat Nancy is fighting for her life in an ICU, after being attacked by a retired greyhound.

Her intestines are leaking through a large hole in her abdominal wall, kept in only by her skin. Her lungs are in danger of contusions, and her body at risk of internal bleeding. She is too fragile to operate on.

This is what the greyhound industry is responsible for.

Greyhounds are bred to race, and win.

Those that aren’t fast enough are killed. Those that get injured are euthanised. And trainers across Australia are still engaging in illegal ‘live baiting’.

It’s a barbaric game, and it could cost Nancy her life. The only winners are the gambling industry who walk away with millions in profits at the hands of animal cruelty.

The Victorian Election is just 4 days away, and Premier Dan Andrews has promised $4million to the industry over the next 2 years.
