Dear all,
I would like to invite you to join us for an important event "No Laughing Matter" Dinner Party where you will meet like-minded people concerned about threats to our health and our food supply and discuss what else we can do in the next steps moving forward.
Of cos, it is also meant to be a social get-together, where we let our hair down and enjoy an evening of laughing at ourselves and the absurdity of how ridiculous life has become.
You can get your tickets here. Please help us confirm your attendance by Friday 12p.m as we need to confirm dinner numbers.

I believe that we must band together to form buying groups that insist on safe food for our families and to work together with farmers in our neighboring countries to provide safe, untainted sources of food for our own safety. The other action is to boycott every food outlet that sells insect food or fake meat and educate them that these are not necessarily safe.
If you are concerned about these issues, do come this Sunday so we can brainstorm what we can do. I will also share about The Community Garden that we have been busy building with other groups.
Several people have reached out to me to inform me that you have written to SFA regarding your concerns about eating insects and that SFA has also written back.
SFA kept saying it's safe and this is one of their standard replies, given to me by one of our concerned petitioners.
Dear X,
Please be assured that SFA has assessed the safety of insects and has installed a regulatory framework to ensure that these are safe for consumption. Under this framework, companies that intend to sell insects as food must ensure:
• The species of insect must be safe and do not produce toxic substances. SFA has an approved list of insects that we have assessed and found safe for humans to eat.
• Insects must be farmed in a controlled environment and not harvested from the wild. This is to prevent introduction of diseases, contaminants, and parasites.
• The substrate (what the insects eat) must not impart contaminants to the insects. For example, the use of manure and rotten food is not allowed.
• The final product must be safe and compliant with SFA’s food regulations.
SFA also conducts regular inspections and sampling of both imported insect products as well as local insect farms to ensure that they meet our food safety standards. Food that is found to be non-compliant with our food safety standards will not be allowed for sale.
Companies selling pre-packaged food including those containing insects as an ingredient are required to label the product packaging to indicate the true nature of the product. This is to allow consumers to make informed choices on the food they choose to consume.
SFA has conducted a Public Consultation on the approach for regulation of insects and insect products and has addressed comments received from the public. More information on the Public Consultation can be found here: https://www.sfa.gov.sg/food-information/public-consultation/others
SFA also facilitates the development of local vegetable farms through capability development, grants, and by promoting local produce among consumers. This is part of SFA’s mission to ensure and secure a supply of safe food.
Thank you.
From my research, I noticed that farmed insects are still in the experimental stage, so I'm wondering what data does SFA have to say that eating insects are safe.
I also suggest boycotting all shops that sell insect food and if you like, feel free to write in to SFA as well stating your concerns. Also, the globalists seem bent on giving us GMO 2.0 Fake Meat as well, like Impossible / Beyond Meat, etc.
If you do your own research, you will find out that these so-called vegetarian alternatives are not that safe and unfortunately, you won't find out by reading mainstream "fake" news, which has been compromised to report what their paymasters want them to report.
The threats to safe food sources are very very real and worrying as it seems they are also planning to mRNA veggies and meat.
I believe also that the greatest power we have as consumers come from our buying choices. Choose to put your money elsewhere and don't support merchants that supply these fad-based food.
It's sad that we can no longer entrust our government and government agencies to safeguard public health for us. Please write in to them to tell them how you feel. We must push back and not just be sitting ducks before it's all too late.
With this, I thank you for being part of this petition and I hope we can meet soon to discuss how we can solve these problems affecting our lives together.
Hope to see some of you at the dinner on Sunday.
If you cannot attend, do consider sponsoring our dinner to help us off-set the costs for this event.
