The Public started this petition to Dancers and

We are trying to investigate the mistreatment, health & safety, underpay, lack of formal contracts/written statement of employment particulars, the unofficial sale of food and alcohol without a license, an illegal hostel with zero fire exits, lack of first aiders, underage employment, lack of studio hygiene. In addition to things the owner "Tamara Kramer" has physically assaulted two young women, one of which was a minor at the time, and has verbally manipulated many more customers, staff and faculty. As well as these assaults, the owner's partner often intimidates and aggressively restrains people where it isn't warranted.

An investigation into this studio and it's owner 'Tamara TK Kramer' would make an enormous difference to the dance community. This establishment is unhygienic, breaking several laws on a daily basis and unsafe for dancers and performers. Unfortunately, Studio 68 is a central studio in the UK and international dance community, which benefits its name. It's used regularly by student and teachers alike. Tamara Kramer knows this and uses the power of the Studio 68's name to blackmail and manipulate people, intimidating them into staying silent and not speaking up when she mistreats them. As a community we must come together to speak up about this. Collectively we can put a stop to the mistreatment of this establishment, and its owner Tamara Kramer inflicts upon others once and for all.

To  touch base on a few problems, Tamara Kramer has not implicated the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), to her 'interns' in which she changed the name to 'volunteers' as it is an unpaid 'job' to receive free classes for a week. By law employers have to pay their interns the national minim wage, however can be unpaid if they sign a contract, however Tamara Kramer has not provided documentations to have her employee's sign, alongside this she has had underage employment take place in the work place.

Aside from this she has had minor's teaching with no CRB check, and no public liability which can affect her in the long run if somebody had injured themselves in the premises and the studio could be shut down effective immediately due to lack of documentations, and this has been the case on several occasions.

In addition to lack of documentations, Tamara Kramer has harassed and bullied people in the workplace alongside her partner 'King'. Bullying and harassment is behaviour that makes someone feel intimidated or offended. Harassment is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010.

Examples of bullying or harassing behaviour include:

Spreading malicious rumours, unfair treatment, picking on or regularly undermining someone, denying someone's training or promotion opportunities, physical harassment.

Besides the long list I can write in regards to the illegal wrong doings happening in the premises of Studio 68 London, I can only urge our dance community and the servants of the law to come together and investigate this illegally ran place by owner 'Tamara TK Kramer', please sign this petition as people are suffering in silence and its time to speak out and make this aware for everyone in the UK and Internationally across the globe.

Thank you.
