Residents of Rayon City, Old Hickory, and surrounding areas, do not want Industrial Land Developers,  LLC. (Hoover) to obtain permitting to expand their operations further into our wetlands! We can NOT afford to mitigate our wetlands!!

We are requesting that TDEC grant a public hearing regarding ARAP file # NR17MS.009.

Industrial Land Developers, LLC (Hoover) has applied for authorization under an individual ARAP to alter three wetlandlands associated with the revocation and modification of NPDES permit TN0069221. 

This is unacceptable!!
