SAVE OUR MEDICARE

Expand Traditional Medicare – Cut For-Profit Medicare Advantage Plans                                                               

Affordable, accessible health care is sorely lacking in this country. For seniors and people with disabilities, Medicare is the jewel in the otherwise tarnished crown of American health care. But it is being stolen away from us by private for-profit insurance companies. This theft is being engineered by our own government, using our own tax dollars to subsidize Medicare Advantage plans.

We, the undersigned, call on our Representative in Congress, Dan Goldman, to take an active stand against Medicare Advantage, which is bilking federal taxpayers out of $140 billion annually. The resulting savings can be used to strengthen and enhance Medicare with lower premiums and expanded coverage of dental, vision, hearing, and long-term care.
