Many of you may have heard about the Black Lab found with tape on his eyes and mouth.  According to the news, the Paso Robles owner of this black lab was punishing the dog for killing chickens.

Thankfully, the Lab was picked up by SLO animal services while "they are determining if this lab should be returned to the owner and the owner charged".

Please sign this petition to NOT return this dog to the owner, to charge this dog owner with a felony and to forbid this owner NEVER to own ANY animal again!
