Thirty years ago, in 1984, Ivan Riteman, along with the late Harold Ramis, and Dan Aykroyd created the horror-comedy movie, Ghostbusters, and it became one of the most, if not THE "most" successful movies, and the funniest movie of all time.

Five years following, they made a sequel, Ghostbusters II, and even though it did not achieve the same success as it's counter-part, it's still enjoyed by Ghostbusters fans across the planet.

It has been re-released on VHS, then DVD, and then on Blu-Ray, and this year, in honor of it's 30 year Anniversary, both the original, and it's sequel were given a Blu-Ray release, in 4K.

In 2009, the year Michael Jackson, the King of Pop passed away, and the year Casey "Shaggy" Kasem retired from his Radio Countdown show, Ghostbusters: The Video Game was released on the Playstation 3, XBOX 360, Nintendo Wii and DS, the Playstation Portable, and even PC. According to Dan Aykroyd, the game was essentially the 3rd Ghostbusters movie, which in fact, as of this petition, he and Ivan are trying to make happen, due to re-writes, switching from one group of writters to another, and sadly during all of this, not only did they decide to try, and do a Ghosbusters 3 without Bill Murray who played Peter Veinkman, but during 2014, Harold Ramis, who played Dr. Egon Speingler, passed away, even though he himself agreed to a Ghostbusters 3.

This year, another Ghostbusters event has happened; a facebook group called Ghostbusters Italia has revealed that there is a Stage Musical Adaptation of Ghostbusters. It is entitled, "Ghostbusters: The Eighties Rock Musical".

Being a Ghostbusters fan myself, I have been wondering what Ghosbusters would be like if it was ever adapted into a Stage Musical. I don't care if it would be in one act, or two acts, I would definitely want to see something like this happen.

There is only one little problem though. This Eighties Rock Musical is only in exsistance in Italy. I think. I feel that this Stage Musical should be shared with across the planet for everyone to see. And not just us Ghostbusters fans, but the people who were behind the original Ghostbusters Movies as well. I do not know what the Musical Numbers are in this musical. My guess is Eighties songs being made into Musical Numbers, but I cannot be sure.

The only way that I CAN be sure is if this Musical is brought from Italy, and over to American shores, and all over the planet.

This is why I am making this petition. The only way that the people can help support is this; I request that all of you Ghostbusters Fans out there, as well as the original people behind the Ghostbusters Moveis, including Dan Aykroyd, Ivan Riteman and Ernie Hudson to help bring this Musical Adaptation Idea of Ghostbusters over to the region of America, as well as all across the Earth for all to see.

I feel that this can make a difference, because lots of different movies, mostly some of the Disney films have been given a Stage Musical adaptation, including the Disney movie that the people of Disney have confirmed that they are making possoble a Stage Adaptation of the smash hit movie, Frozen.

A lot of movies have been adapted into Stage Musicals ever since then, from Bring it On to the original Wizard of Oz movie. By signing this petition, Fans of the Ghostbusters Movie, and it's franchise can help bring the Italian Stage Musical Adaptation to an English translation, bring it to Western Shores, and other areas of the planet, and help show what Ghostbusters would be like if filled with Musical Numbers.

Help bring "Ghostbusters: The Eighties' Rock Musical" to the West End, to Broadway, and to all areas of our planet. Who you gonna' call to the stage?
