The BBC report this morning that Children 'exceed recommended sugar limit by age 10' proves we need Food growing, cooking & Nutrition at the core of the School Curriculum.

How will children know what food and drink to consume? When they are constantly bombarded with marketing messages about sugary and processed food and drink they are likely to make the wrong choices.

As a nation we must provide a balanced education that includes everything about food and nutrition.

If we don't we will see NHS spend on Food related disease rise and increased taxes.
