Richard Tim Logan DVM of 1073 Andrews Ave, Ozark, AL 36360 was allegedly filmed with a secret camera showing horrific abuse of a cat. I am told the cat later died from his injuries. This man must close his practice and never be able to practice as a veterinarian ever again. The question is if the abuse of this one animal is true then how many other animals have also suffered at the hands of this abuser? Please make it known that he will NOT get away with this and he must be punished in law. The animals don't have a voice but we DO. Thank you.
