UPDATE

I have officially closed this petition, and will be delivering it no later than Friday (June 9th, 2017) to Captain Jim Rogers, Eureka Township Attorney Chad Lemmons, and County Supervisors Lu Barfknecht, Dan Rogers, Donovan Palmquist, and Carrie Jennings.

I am very hopeful that this will conclude in the Minnesota Court of Appeals on June 14th, however have been told that the ruling may take an additional 90 days. I will update as soon as I possibly can.
