Currently, more than 16 million people in the UK suffer from mental, emotional and physical disabilities. Often, it is our pets that support us.

What is an Emotional Support Animal?
An Emotional Support Animal is a domesticated animal that provides psychological and/or emotional benefit to its owner and provides valuable support to individuals with disabilities. 

Often, a person NEEDS to have their Emotional Support Animal by their side in order to proceed with daily life.
 
Many individuals rely on their animal to be their support. Currently, under the Equalities Act 2010, Emotional Support Animals do not receive the same legal protection as service animals (e.g. guide dogs). At present, an employer is not required to accept an Emotional Support Animal in the workplace.
 
We believe that the discrimination against an Emotional Support Animal and its owner should end.
