Mes chers compatriotes,

My dear friends from around the globe, 

En ces temps difficiles où le quotidien et l'avenir de chacun est mis en péril tant sur le plan sanitaire, familial, économique et personnel,  de nombreuses initiatives ont pris vie spontanément et ont montré une partie de nous que la plupart (moi le premier) avaient négligé ou tout simplement oublié dans leur quotidien. 

In this particularly tough period, where everybody's present and future is threatened at any level, health, family, personal and financial, lots of spontaneous initiatives have emerged, enlighted a part of ourselves that most of us (including myself) were neglecting of forgetting in our daily lives. 

Je parle de notre capacité à faire preuve de solidarité, d'entraide, d'altruisme et d'empathie. 

I'm talking about our capacity to manifest solidarity, mutual assistance, altruism and empathy. 

Mais n'oublions pas que ce qui nous unis avant tout c'est l'amour, la joie de vivre et la communion. 

But let's not forget that the ultimate link between all of us is love, joy of life and communion. 

C'est pourquoi je lance une bouteille à la mer qui sera, je l'espère relayée le plus possible pour tenter une initiative un peu folle : 

CONVAINCRE LES DAFT PUNK D'ORGANISER LE PLUS GROS CONCERT LIVE VIRTUEL DE TOUS LES TEMPS! 

For these reasons, i'm tossing a bottle into the sea, which i hope will be shared and spread the most, to tempt a crazy initiative : 

CONVINCE THE DAFT PUNK TO PLAY THE BIGGEST VIRTUAL CONCERT OF ALL TIMES!

Nous sommes 4 milliards d'humains confinés actuellement et une parenthèse de fête en ces temps troubles serait quelque chose d'inoubliable qui ferait un beau doigt d'honneur au Covid. 

We are currently 4 billions humans confined at home and a short partying parenthesis could be somehing we will never forget as well as a proper finger to the Covid. 

Je pense que les Daft Punk pourraient être qualifiés pour ambiancer la planète, bien qu'un peu endormis ces derniers temps, qu'en pensez vous? 

I guess Daft Punk could be qualified to shake the planet, while they are quite sleepy for too long, what do you think?
