On August 11th, we learned that a neighbor witnessed a puppy being tossed over a high fence. The puppy was rescued by Dogs Rock NYC and named Caleb. They found out that he suffered head trauma, was covered in cigarette burns, emaciated, and sexually abused. The amazing team of doctors provided around-the-clock care for Caleb, but due to the abuse he suffered and the damage was already so severe, he sadly passed away. Caleb had endured unthinkable, absolutely horrifying abuse. We are heartbroken, but also disgusted and enraged with what this "subhuman" did to him. Caleb is dead but in his memory, I implore all of you to sign this petition to bring justice, and urge the DA's office at Fulton County, GA to take action by investigation and prosecuting this deviant individual the maximum penalty.
