Marcus's shooter needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
The Issue
Marcus's killer was arrested yesterday, May 3, 2015, for Felony Aggravated Animal Cruelty and Criminal Mischief by the New York State Troopers. We ask. We ask. They answered and now it's our turn to support our police by NOT allowing our court system to allow this man a plea deal of any kind!! We need him charged to the full extent of the law.
Marcus was shot on April 27, 2015 around noon, with buckshot in the back/behind, and left to bleed out on the side of the road. The shooters comment was he had been defecating/ pooping in his yard all winter and he shot him. The shooter has no livestock, Marcus's family consists of other dogs, cats and children and Marcus was loved by them all and he loved them all. He is missed by all and the way he was shot and died is heartbreaking and scary to everyone on Story Road. We are in the country and there are many families with four paw members on this road and cross roads. They don't want a dog killer living near. Many are fearful. We need your help!

Call his office 585-243-7020 and let him know politely that people who brutally murder our four paw citizens are more likely to hurt another human being. They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. No plea deals! Marcus one of our beautiful four paw citizens deserves Justice!!
No neighbor should get away with murdering a neighbor’s dog. Especially one that has lived in the neighborhood for 12 years. He was rescued as a puppy from a man who beat him. He still loved and was happy all the time. Please help us get justice for Marcus!
