Stop USA Training Centers from Building Mega Complex/Sports Facility in Ward 5 of Dover NH

This petition had 423 supporters

The residents of Dover NH and particularly Ward 5 are petitioning that USA Training Centers not be allowed to rezone 106.45 acres of land from R-20 to I-2 for the construction of a mega-sports complex.

This proposed complex abuts neighborhoods and homes along Littleworth Road, Columbus Avenue, Tolend Road, Wallace Drive, Lucy Lane and the homes at Wyndbrook off of Stocklan Circle.

Aside from the obvious noise and light pollution that will travel miles from the proposed complex area, this project will cause a drop in property values, a significant increase in traffic for all surrounding neighborhoods and towns, and commercialization of quiet residential neighborhoods.
