qualified immunity has been abused by the law all of my 30 years of living and counting 

qualified immunity allows law enforcement to think shoot first ask questions later 

with this approach many colored individuals suffered and lost there lives from this incompetent and inhumane behavior 

if we can abolish this we will be able to hold our local ,state , federal , and any police officers abroad accountable allowing citizens to file lawsuits against police officers who abuse power and fail to protect and serve united states citizens 

also the three fifths comprise needs abolishing black and brown men and  women are humans and should be counted and treated like human beings not cattle or stock  this will give black and brown men/women alike to have freedom in the united states of america
