This petition is a request for relief by the signatories, from the offices of the District Attorney of New York County, Cyrus Vance and Letitia James, the New York Attorney General's Office, by the pursuit of criminal prosecution of Donald J. Trump and all parties with whom he may have conspired to lie to the people of the United States and by default, all of New York state, as to truth of the COVID-19 virus, and then actively promote misinformation, disinformation and engage in psychological operations aimed at Americans for the purpose of exposing them to the COVID-19 virus regardless if they survived, and to disrupt the unity of the United States. Due to the course of these activities, this petition requests the arrest and prosecution of Donald J. Trump for the crimes of multiple counts of Criminally Negligent Homicide and Second Degree Murder, which resulted from these activities.

The fact that the evidence to support this action is plentiful, is supplied by members of Congress, the intelligence community, federal law enforcement and special investigators, as well in many cases, stemming from admissions in part made by or demonstrated by Donald Trump himself, this case is open and shut and demands immediate action on the behalf of the American People that no one dare commit such atrocities ever again.
