The arguments against the death penalty are

(1)   There is, according to research, no conclusive evidence to prove that the death penalty is more of a deterrent than life imprisonment.

It has been proven that having a life sentence and parole approved. Only to rape and kill again This shows that having life sentences also does not proven that life is working for our justice system

And yes it has not been proven to solve our problem however it was not really given a chance to see if it works. Between 1990 and 1995 it was temporary on hold until it was abolished (formally put and end to). 

They say that death penalty is cruel and barbaric. I would like to know what it is the criminals are doing to us. Raping beating our babies to death is that not barbaric way of killing another.

The communities would not take matters in their own hands if matters are dealt with. Bundu Court there is no right justice system put in place that stands for the innocence. 

Murders and Rapers has no equal justice they murder and rape the innocent and lives a happy life in jail. a lethal injection should be the best option making the victims family suffer not ever to see there loved once again. 

LET'S SEE IF WE CAN REALLY MAKE A CHANCE PLEASE PEOPLE THEY ALSO THINK THAT WE HAVE TO MUCH RACIST ISSUES WE CAN PROVE THEM WRONG. TOGETHER WE STAND.
