On November 12th 2014 my father, an avid cyclist and longtime Phoenix resident, was killed on Pecos road, by an impaired driver while riding his bike on a beautiful Arizona morning.

His death has left a void in our family, neighborhood, and community that he was so actively involved in.

We are sending this petition for your support to have the shared use recreational path(parallel to the 202 freeway) named in memory of my dad, Highly Falkner.

While he is missed every moment of everyday, we look forward to having a place to dedicate to his honor, a place to bring his grandchildren to that was such a big part of his active life.
