Update Note to 2026 Petition Signatories

Thank you VERY MUCH for adding your voice to the 2026 regional petition calling for fairness and redress, and proper stakeholder consultation and preparation in CXC’s rollout of hybrid exams and e‑testing.

Your signature is part of a growing regional movement demanding that digital transformation in education be implemented responsibly, equitably, and with the full involvement of students, teachers, and parents.

We are sharing this brief update so you can see the broader context of public advocacy around CXC's exams. Over the past seven years, CARICOM people have repeatedly mobilised to defend exam integrity, fairness, and student welfare. Your participation continues that important tradition.

To ensure this petition reaches the level of visibility required to influence CXC and CARICOM education officials, we need the numbers to grow significantly. Real change will only happen if the petition is shared widely enough to demonstrate clear, region‑wide concern. It is very sad that after 7 years challenges recur, but we cannot give up on our quest for justice for our children; too much is at stake.

Please continue to share the petition with your social media networks, WhatsApp groups, school communities, professional contacts and national professional media. Every additional signature strengthens the call for accountability, better quality control, meaningful consultation and most important: care and fairness.

Thank you again for standing up for fairness, transparency, and the future of Caribbean education.
