Halloween is one of the best holidays of the year wether you're out trick-or-treating, partying, or staying home to pass out candy, you'll most likely end up not getting much sleep even if you try to because of all the noise from parties and other nonsense. So I think it's fair to have the day after Halloween off from school so we can stay up late to celebrate, sleep in the next day and be both physically and mentally prepared for school the following day.
