In response to the president’s email, it’s very unfortunate he chose to belittle fellow union pharmacists whether they are part of his union or not. 

I stand with our Orange County pharmacists and apologize for John Jue Lee’s oversight in his email. Regardless of your union status, we all deserve more especially with Air Support implemented.

As a highly paid President of a professional union, who is taking 16 percent of the union dues for a very high compensation (compensation/total dues income), he should have no trouble relaying to his members his plan. His plan to not only match union contracts but raise the bar beyond the “small group” contract, which now surpasses your own in compensation and protection.

With your contract expiring in March and his refusal last year to a partnership bargaining, Guild pharmacists should ask your fellow CVS staff pharmacists/ bargaining members (Stephanie Ta, Sean Choi, Jessica Yee) what is our president’s John Jue Lee's plan to produce a better contract for his members? Do not become complacent and be diverged. This petition only asks for answers from your leadership. Questioning leadership is not disloyalty.
