Your contract expires March 30th!!!!  Included is a picture of the floor in wages and protections that John Lee and your bargaining members should be aiming for that John Lee declined to be apart of.

There has been no answers from John Lee why he decided whole store bargaining was not in the best interest of his members. A super majority of you have read this petition and seem interested in a change of course.

If your president, John Lee, will not respond to this petition , then reach out to your fellow CVS staff pharmacists/bargaining members (Stephanie Ta, Sean Choi, Jessica Yee) and ask them what is the campaign plan to improve your conditions?

When UFCW pharmacists bargained together and threatened and voted to strike with their technicians , those 45 Pharmacists have created a new pay floor of $78 an hour with guaranteed raises and hourly protections on their first full contract.

Has John Lee reconsidered a partnership?  UFCW did reach out last spring and offered for a cooperation contract agreement where he can keep his union dues, because it would be best for the future of the CVS workforce long-term.
